HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED ONLINE?

You have 30 days to return the product, starting from the day you received it at home.

Check if the product is eligible for return:

• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging with the protective film intact. It must include all outer packaging, accessories and instructions.
• Products without protective film will not be accepted for return, with the exception of sets.
• For hygiene reasons, the product must not have been used and must be closed.

 

How to return an online order by mail:
If the product meets these eligibility requirements, you can return it within 30 days and receive a refund on the payment method you used to place the order.

We do not accept packages sent with postage paid by the recipient.

1. Package the product for return as securely as possible to protect it during transport. We recommend using the same box in which you received the order.
2. Fill out the return form and include it in the package with the products you wish to return. You can download the return form here.
